I have so much to say about these nachos. This recipe was inspired by a well admired chef in my hometown. Years later, as I’m raising my own family, just about every football Sunday we have had this dish on the table.
It is a hit even for kiddos that are picky with food.
My kids simply pick off the veggies, and eat the chicken, cheese, chips, and a little bit of the sour cream.
